The Brazos Valley Czech Heritage Society (BVCHS) is holding its Spring Baking Class on Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The class will be held at the St. Joseph Parish Activity Center, located at 700 East 26th Street in Bryan.
Both the small and large pizza-sized kolache from Southwestern Bohemia will be made.
Cost is $40 and will cover all supplies and ingredients.
