    The Lady Hornet bats remain on fire, outscoring Taylor and Giddings last week 31-2 to remain undefeated in District 22-4A with only three games remaining on the district schedule as of press time.

    Last Tuesday, the Lady Ducks flew into Caldwell, but were met by two home runs by Avery Smith -- homering in the third and fourth inning -- and Caitlyn Faust throwing a one-hitter.
