A Snook man already in Burleson County custody on a felony burglary charge and three other misdemeanor charges was recently charged with felony harassment of persons in a correctional facility.
Evan Dale McPayne was charged and remains in custody on $25,000 on the harassment charge and an additional $54,500 on the other charges, according to the sheriff’s office.
