The Snook City Council has authorized Mayor Frank Fields to negotiate the purchase of the Collins Welding & Construction building on F .M. 2155 across from City Hall for future needs. The council on Monday, May 20, authorized Fields to negotiate the purchase under terms the council discussed in a 45-minute executive session.
