The Caldwell City Council was scheduled to meet on Tuesday, June 11, to authorize naming the access road from Old San Antonio Road to Industrial Boulevard to Judy Richardson Road. The road is the primary access from OSR to the Burleson County Industrial Park and will be named for Richardson, a longtime Caldwell business owner and civic leader who died in April 2022.
