SISD sets Aug. 28 for budget, tax hearing

    Residents in the Somerville ISD zone wishing to have a say in the district’s 2024-2025 budget or maximum tax rate should attend the upcoming Aug. 28 board meeting.

    During its regular meeting on July 10, the Somerville School Board set Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. to hold a public hearing to discuss the upcoming school year’s budget and tax rate.

    There will be a called meeting to follow the public hearing.
