Burleson County Commissioners are proposing a 46-cent property tax rate for 2024-25, down from 48 cents last year, but allowing more revenue due to higher property valuations.
The commissioners approved that proposed rate at their Monday, Aug. 12, meeting, but formal approval is needed on Sept. 9 following a public hearing.
