Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District is hosting a seminar over “What you need to know about water rights in Texas” on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Caldwell Civic Center.
Two hours of continuing education credit may be earned.
