    The City of Caldwell has accepted a $4.3 million settlement in its litigation against IKLO Construction of Houston and IKLO’s performance bond surety regarding IKLO’s construction of the city hall complex.

    The city council in a special Thursday, Feb. 27, meeting unanimously accepted the settlement.
