Local newspaper earns 3 first place TGCPA awards, 13 total awards
THE BURLESON COUNTY Tribune won three first place awards at the recent Texas Gulf Coast Press Association Convention News Photos, Headline Writing and Editorial Writing. The newspaper brought home 13 total awards, placing in all categories.

The Burleson County Tribune was honored by the Texas Gulf Coast Press Association (TGCPA) on Saturday during the 2025 TGCPA Convention in New Braunfels with 13 awards from its annual “Better Newspaper Contest.”
