The Caldwell City Council was scheduled to meet on Tuesday, July 15, to consider approval of a subdivision master plan for Arrowhead Farms Subdivision, phases 4-7.
A public hearing was also planned prior to approval.
The plan for phases 4-7 includes a total of 278 single-family residential lots.
