The Caldwell City Council approved the subdivision master plan for the Arrowhead Farms subdivision phases 4-7 at its Tuesday, July 15, meeting.
The plan was unanimously approved, barring councilman Lee Glidewell, who was absent, following a public hearing on the subject.
