A Somerville woman was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Monday, July 28, in Brazos County for defrauding a 64-year-old College Station woman of most of her life savings.
Crystal Allen, 41, was sentenced by District Judge David Hilburn after pleading guilty to the theft of property, $150,000-$300,000, theft from the elderly, $2,500-$30,000 and possession of a controlled substance.
