Charles West marked his first day on the job as the City of Caldwell’s city administrator on Monday, Aug. 31, and said he is starting off his time with the city by “listening and learning”.
“Like with any job, when you start new, the first thing is to try to get to know all your staff,” he said. “It’s more of a listening and learning session for these first few weeks.”
