Trnka, Broussard capture Kolache Krunch open titles

    Caldwell High School graduate Kymberlee Trnka once again was the fastest female runner in the Kolache Krunch 5K.

    The Burleson County Aggie Moms’ Club hosted this year’s race on Saturday, Sept. 11, prior to the opening ceremonies of the Kolache Festival.

    Trnka’s time of 20:22.3 earned her the top female time for a third year.
