The Lady Jays tied the A&M Consolidated junior varsity team 5-5 during their first game of the Franklin Softball Tournament last week.
In the tournament opener, Snook was led by Aubrey Becker at the plate with two hits, including a single and a double with two RBIs.
She also was on the mound for the Lady Jays, striking out nine batters and walking six.
