ANNA BILLS

Anna Lee Bills, 77, of Bryan went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell, Texas.

Funeral services will be held on December 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Phillps & Luckey Funeral Home with Pastor C.J. Bills officiating.

Her burial will follow at Caldwell Masonic Cemetery with the graveside tribute services following after.

Anna was born on September 19, 1945, to Virgil and Nancy Beatrice Galbreath in Bell County, Texas. She was one of five siblings.

She attended Caldwell High School in Caldwell, Texas.

Anna met her future spouse, Gerald Bills, in Caldwell and they were married for 47 years. To this union came one child, Clint Allen Bills.

Anna was employed with Alenco for 36 years where she was awarded employee of the month which was followed by her retirement.

In Anna’s free time she enjoyed watching her western shows, especially John Wayne early in the morning until she went to sleep at night.

She also enjoyed fishing, watching all of her grandkids play baseball and going to bingo night. She was an excellent domino player when she would play.

She was a member at The Door Christian fellowship Church for the past 3½ years.

She always enjoyed being surrounded by family and playing with her great-grandkids.

She was, and will always be, known for her giving heart and loving spirit towards everyone. We are grateful for the sure hope of resurrection from the dead through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior as she gave her life to Christ in 2019, we look forward to seeing her in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her parents; preceded in death by her husband, Gerald D. Bills; and preceded in death by her siblings: brother, John Galbreath, sister, Nancy Hurt, and brother, George Galbreath.

Anna is survived by her son, Clint Bills of Bryan, Texas; her grandkids, CJ Bills, Michele Bills, and Caden Bills of Bryan, Texas. She is also survived by her great-grandkids, Liana Bills and JJ Gooden; her brother, Otis Galbreath; and sister, Barbara Storm.
