Annette was born in Caldwell, Texas, to Joe and Mary Rosas on April 27, 1947.
After graduating from Caldwell High School in 1965, Annette began her inspiring journey of firsts and breaking barriers.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and as a RN went forward to care for patients in the Houston Medical Center, Bryan Hospitals and Dr. Smith’s Pediatric office.
She transitioned her medical training to the business world as Industrial Nurse and later Personnel Manager at Alenco, one of the largest employers in Bryan-College Station.
She completed her career as the HR Manager at All Seasons Commercial.
In addition to her full time employment, Annette served the community in many nursing homes and taught nursing classes at Blinn College.
In retirement she enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling to amazing places with her family and her beloved grandson, Nicholas.
Annette was a treasured angel, caring for those around her, providing her family and friends with home cooked meals, a warm roof and caregiver support. If you needed anything - medical advice, moral support, love, a place to live, a meal, money, alterations, anything- she was there.
Annette is preceded in death by her loving husband, William B. Adams III of Bryan; her parents, Joe and Mary Rosas; and her brother, William Rosas of Caldwell.
Survivors include her son, William (Bill) Adams; daughter, Kelli Adams Stein and Kelli’s husband, Richard; and grandson, Nicholas. Also, she leaves eight brothers and sisters including: Joe Rosas and spouse, Glynis, of Groesbeck, Gloria Luce and spouse, Troy, of Bryan, Charles Rosas of Caldwell, Laura Martinez and spouse, Joe, of San Antonio, Debra Frieda and spouse, Donald, of Caldwell, James Rosas and spouse, Rebecca, of Crosby, Gail Kelly and spouse, Michael, of Kingwood, and Danny Rosas of Kingwood. Also, many, many loving nieces and nephews.

We will never be able to replace Annette’s laugh, her joy, her smile or her tenacious spirit, which always said “I am here for you.” However, we can pray that God will keep her in our souls and prayers until we’re back together again.
