Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Matula, 94, was held at 10 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catho- lic Church in Caldwell.
She was born on Dec. 28, 1927, in Shiner, Texas, to Joe and Frances Matula.
Memaw spent her career as a beautician in various cites in Texas.
She truly loved to crochet, and you could catch her making scarves on most days.
Memaw was the epitome of grace and devoted her life to serving Jesus Christ.
Being an extraordinary mother/grandmother who loved unconditionally she will leave memories behind for generations to come.
She died on Aug. 3, 2022.
She is survived by two daughters; one son; nine grandsons; 12 greatgrandchildren; two greatgreat- grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
