A Mass of Christian Burial for Noe Rodriguez, 70, of Bryan, formerly of Copperas Cove,will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, at St. Mary Our Lady of the Lourdes Catholic Church in Caldwell.
Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021, at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell, with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7 p.m.
Mr. Rodriguez died on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021.
Noe was born Oct. 15, 1951, in Combes, Texas, to Julian Rodriguez and Nicolasa (Pineda) Rodriguez.
He married Esther Revilla Oct. 8, 2005, in Caldwell.
Mr. Rodriguez was a delivery driver for a petroleum company for many years.
He enjoyed many activities such as fishing, playing bingo, and casino trips.
He also loved family events, cook outs, and watching family play football, and baseball games.
Mr. Rodriguez was preceded in death by his parents; and the love of his life, Esther Rodriguez.
Noe is survived by his loving family, two sons, and daughters-in-law, Joe Puente and wife, Stephanie, of Bryan, and Freddy Revilla and wife, Amanda, of Dover, Del.; two daughters, Julia Rodriguez Rosas and Alicia Rodriguez Trevino and husband, Vincent, all of Giddings; four brothers, Robert Rodriguez and wife, Linda, of Copperas Cove, Bill Rodriguez of Bryan, Frank Rodriguez and wife, Margie, of Caldwell,, and Raul Rodriguez and Amanda of Bryan; two brothers-in-law, Gilbert Revilla and wife, Mary, and Joe Revilla, all of Caldwell; three sisters, Carmen Rivera and husband, Macrio, Betty Davidson and husband, Jason, and Norma Pineda, all of Bryan; four sisters-in-law, Lucia Orozco of Somerville, Trina Hernandez of Homestead, Florida, Anita Saucedo of El Paso, and Christina Sanchez and husband, Rito, of Caldwell; 13 grandchildren, Joey Puente, Jude Revilla, Verity Revilla, Mariah, Elissa, Jadyn and Gavin Aguilar, Persia and Anaya Rodriguez, Martin and Catalina Rosas, Rebecca and Michael Lopez; one great-granddaughter, Kinsey Narro; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives who loved him dearly.
Pallbearers will be Frank Rodriguez Jr., Mark Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Joey Puente, Jeremy Sanders, and Julian Medina.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jude Revilla and JR Sanders.
Memorials may be given to St. Mary Our Lady of the Lourdes Catholic Church
