A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell.

Olivia was born in Humble on July 30, 2007.

From the moment she was born, she captured her parents’ hearts. She grew into a wonderful daughter and an amazing big sister to Natalie and her brother Maxwell. Olivia loved her family deeply and cherished the time they spent together.

Olivia lived her life with a heart for service.

She attended IL Texas Aggieland School in College Station, where she was a dedicated JROTC student. Olivia dreamed of joining the United States Air Force and serving something greater than herself.

She had a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life and was learning Mandarin Chinese and Spanish so she could better reach and relate to others.

Olivia was also a hard and dedicated worker. She worked at Country Burger and Chili’s, where she took pride in everything she did. Whether she was serving customers or helping her team, Olivia showed up with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond. She built meaningful connections with coworkers and customers alike, leaving a lasting impression through her kindness and dependability.

She was just two weeks away from graduating high school and was a bright and joyful presence who brought life and energy to those around her. Olivia had a radiant spirit, a contagious smile, and a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and loved.

Olivia shared a special and unmistakable bond with her beloved cat, Nala. The two were so much alike -- gentle, affectionate and full of personality. Nala was rarely far from Olivia’s side, often following her from room to room or curling up close whenever she could. Olivia found comfort in Nala, and in many ways, Nala reflected Olivia’s own spirit -- warm, loving, and drawn to those she cared about most. Their bond was a quiet but constant source of joy in Olivia’s life.

Her pastor at Aggieland Christian Church, where Olivia attended and received Christ as her Lord and Savior, shared that she was a light to everyone who knew her.

Her faith guided her life, and her love for Jesus was evident in her kindness, compassion, and servant’s heart. Though her time here was far too short, Olivia’s impact will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Olivia was preceded in d e a t h by he r maternal grandmother, Shirley Eichholz; paternal grandfather, Todd Taylor; and her aunts, Brenda Rigsby and Monica Eichholz Durbin.

She is survived by her parents, Christopher and Christina Eichholz of Caldwell; her sister, Natalie Eichho l z ; her brother, Maxwell Eichholz; her paternal grandfather, Wayne Eichholz; and her maternal grandmother, Jodi Taylor. She is also survived by her aunts, Shelia Merryman, Jane Taylor Arnett, Micki Taylor, Amanda Taylor, and Magaly Taylor; her uncles, Mike Merryman, Daniel Rigsby, Brandon Du r b i n , Du s t i n Lacewell, Todd Taylor II, Clint Taylor, and Bryan Arnett; along with many cousins and very dear friends.

May Olivia’s light and passion never be forgotten by all who knew and loved her.

“The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart; the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.

Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.”
