August 29, 1942 - March 21, 2024 Mary Hocson Mills moved to Texas from Alaska in 1959.She was Tlingit Indian. She and her husband Bud raised three children in Arlington, Texas.She graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts then worked at the Dallas Museum of Art.
