Cecilia Louise “Lou Lou” Adams Munoz, 73, of Bryan, Texas, was born in Houston, Texas on September 13, 1950. She went to her Heavenly home as the sun came up on January 1, 2024, with her sister and brother-in-law by her side at St. Joseph Hospital. Lou had a career in healthcare billing.
