Beck to run in the boys 100-meter, Cowan to jump in the triple jump, high jump
Two Hornets will be making the trip to Austin to compete at Mike. A Myers Stadium the University of Texas for the UIL State Track & Field Meet for Class 3A.
Jacob Beck qualified for the state championships in the boys 100-meter dash, and Daniel Cowan qualified in both the triple jump and the high jump.
Beck’s time of 10.99 earned him the silver medal at the UIL Region 3 Class 3A meet last week.
