The Caldwell powerlifting team participated at the Bulldog Invitiational Meet in Waller on Jan. 15 with the Lady Hornets finishing third as a team and the Hornets finishing fourth in the team standings.
The Caldwell girls scored a total of 25 points to place third behind Waller with 40 points and A&M Consolidated with 38 points.
The Caldwell boys had a total of 17 points for fourth place.
