BC 7-year-old, 7/8-year-old teams go undefeated in tournament bracket play

THE BURLESON COUNTY 7-YEAR-old All-Stars machine pitch softball team won the District 13 title this past weekend. The team is Carly Sheppard, Bailey Barnes, Braely Polasek, Blakely Kemper, Karlee Praesel, Jesenia Herrera, Avery Balboa, Macee Lewis, Marley Kocurek, Destinee Holliday and Sheyanne Simons. The team is coached by Robert Polasek, Nick Kemper, Adrian Sheppard and Chad Lewis. -
THE BURLESON COUNTY 7-8-YEAR-old All-Stars machine pitch softball team also won the District 13 title this past weekend. The team includes Madilyn Harris, Carli Cross, Nola Brinkman, Ava Teague, Nadilene Marichalar, Dixie Hamilton, Arieanna Alba-Pena, Paisley Brack, Kyndal Conway, Cambree Johnson and McKayla Collins.
Burleson County’s 7-year-old machine pitch softball team won the District 13 Little League Softball championship, going undefeated in bracket play.
Burleson County defeated Columbus 14-1 in the title match-up on Saturday during the doubleelimination tournament.
If Columbus would have won on Saturday, there would have been another game played on Sunday -- since Columbus entered the championship…
