    The Caldwell Hornets won a one-game playoff last Friday at Lexington 62-57 to secure fourth place in district play and to ensure a playoff berth.

    Caldwell’s win came just three days after they lost to the Eagles 62-54 at home, forcing a fourth-place tie between the two teams and the need for a onegame playoff to determine who would advance.
