    The Caldwell Hornets fell to Academy 9-7 last Tuesday, April 19, on the road and then rebounded with an 8-5 home win over Rockdale on Friday, April 22.

    Against Academy, Caldwell started strong with a 2-0 second-inning lead and led 6-1 after three innings, but the Bumblebees rallied with three runs each in the fourth and fifth innings and added two more in the bottom of the seventh.
