The Caldwell Hornets fell to Cameron 2-1 on Friday, April 8, at home, snapping a fourgame district winning streak.
The loss dropped Caldwell to 10-11 overall and 5-3 in district play.
With the game tied 1-1 in the top of the seventh, Cameron took the lead when Armando Reyes singled to score one run for a 2-1 lead. Caldwell was unable to score in the bottom of the seventh inning.
