After falling to Smithville last Tuesday night 12-2, the Lady Hornets bounced back to go 4-2 at the Franklin Softball Tournament last week.
Caldwell first took down Class 3A Number 2 Blooming Grove 4-2.
The Lady Lions had an early 2-1 lead after the first inning until Caldwell scored two runs in the third.
With two outs Kyleigh Gomez hit a fly ball single to second base to score Caitlyn Faust.
