The Caldwell High School varsity tennis team competed in its first tournament of the spring season -- the Pflugerville Panther Revival -- with Connor Hughson and Waylon Chapman advancing to the semifinals in Division A Boys Doubles.
Twenty-four teams competed in the tournament that was hosted at five sites on a windy and chilly day last week.
