THE LADY HORNET FRESHMAN VOLLEYBALL team placed second at the Rockdale Tournament last weekend.
The Lady Hornet junior varsity volleyball team won the Rockdale JV Tournament last weekend, and the freshman team finished second in the freshman tournament.
To win the tournament title, the JV team beat Somerville 25-13, 25-13; beat Rogers 14-25, 25-16, 15-13; beat host team Rockdale 25-21, 18- 25, 16-14; and beat Gateway in the championship match 18-25, 25-20, 15-13.
