Last week, the Lady Hornets moved into second place in District 19-3A with a 6-2 district record, and 18-6 overall with wins over Rogers and Lexington.
Little River Academy is in first place, currently undefeated in district play and 21-7 overall.
Academy is ranked 23 in the latest Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) poll and 25 in the latest Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) poll.
