In their final home match to prepare for their district opener on Friday against RTC, the Lady Yeguas beat Royal in four sets 25-18, 25-16, 21-25, 25-15.
Somerville was scheduled to wrap up non-district play on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at Gonzales.
On Friday, Aug. 27, Somerville traveled to Milano, falling to the Lady Eagles in four sets 17-25, 19-25, 25-19, 12-25.
