If anyone had any doubts about Snook taking on a 4A team last Friday, the Bluejays emphatically proved their point last Friday in a 43-18 opening win over Kashmere in Snook.
The Bluejays, defending district champions, lost some excellent players from last year, but a blend of experienced and younger players met the challenge after a slow start.
It was also the game for new Head Coach Dylan Conway.
