Snook’s Nadia Garcia placed 10th at the Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Association’s (THSWPA) State Championships last Wednesday in Corpus Christi.
Garcia competes in Class 1A-2A.
Garcia was 10th in the 132-pound class, lifting a total weight of 655 pounds -- 265 pounds in the squat, 115 in the bench press and 275 in the dead lift.
