The Somerville Yeguas, showing dramatic improvement in the last month, won all three games last week at their home Koppers Tournament to take first place.
Somerville, 7-9 going into this week’s games, also placed third at the Dec. 8-10 Bremond Tournament.
In the Koppers Tournament, the Yeguas defeated Bartlett 62-35, Aggieland JV 72-52 and Iola 59-43 in the championship game.
