Citizens State Bank announces new management team for Caldwell location

    Citizens State Bank today announced Cody Novosad as the new President and Sheila Ward as the new Branch Manager of the bank’s Caldwell location, located at 201 E. Buck St, Caldwell Texas 77836. Deborah Hildebrand will remain in her role as Assistant Branch Manager.
