A demolition crew began tearing down the old Caldwell City Hall construction site last week, a process expected to take 60 days.
Vesta Commercial of Austin -- awarded a contract from the city on Dec. 4 for $445,581 for demolition, site restoration and grading -- began the demolition on Wednesday, Feb. 11, said Caldwell City Administrator Camden White.
