Landowners now have until Oct. 31
The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) is extending the sign-up period for the Aquifer Conservancy Program (ACP) to Oct. 31.
This is in response to ongoing filings and requests by landowners in the district.
The ACP was designed to create a legacy of stewardship for landowners and involves local citizens in conserving water locally for future generations.
