A Caldwell area man was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 31, on a felony charge of assault with a previous conviction in connection with an attack on a woman on Private Road 2018.
Jason Lee Montgomery, 30, was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $100,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
