A 39-year-old Milano man was arrested on Friday, Sept. 4, on felony charges of indecency with a child and child grooming in connection with two juvenile girls.
Kenneth Lamar Dortch, who also shows a College Station address, was charged and remains in Burleson County custody on $100,000 in bonds, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
