A San Antonio man was seriously injured on Monday afternoon, March 18, when the van he was driving collided with the rear end of a dump truck on State Highway 21 West, just east of County Road 110.Daniel Hagen, 28, suffered incapacitating injuries and was flown by a PHI helicopter crew from the scene to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, said DPS Sgt.
