A Bryan man and a Caldwell man were arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 28, on felony drug charges after a traffic stop by DPS Trooper Brodie Reynolds.
William Gourley, 36, of Bryan was charged with felony manufacture or delivery of a substance in Penalty Group 1, between 4 and 200 grams, according to a probable cause statement.
