A Seguin woman was arrested on Friday, April 10, at Chilifest on a felony assault on a peace officer charge while being arrested on two misdemeanor charges.
Kinley Nicole Rhodes was charged in the felony assault, and with Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest and Class B misdemeanor interfering with public duties and is now free on $19,000 in bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff ’s Office.
