A Somerville area man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 3, on a charge of violating a protective order by making telephone contact with two persons listed in an Emergency Protective Order (EPO).
Daniel Wayne Davis, 42, was charged with the third degree felony and remains in Burleson County custody on $25,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
