A 44-year-old Brenham man was arrested on Monday, Nov. 16, on a first degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/ family member.
Don Alfred Boyce was arrested by Burleson County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Strouth and remains in Burleson County custody on $3,000 bond, the sheriff’s office said.
