A graveside service for Linda Faye Wilhelm Dennis, 74, of Somerville, was held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at Oaklawn Cemetery in Somerville.
Linda possessed a remarkable talent for creating warmth and togetherness wherever she went.
A Texas girl at heart, she embraced the Louisiana way of life after moving there with her devoted husband, Macy.
Linda took great pride in sewing, needlepoint, and crafting pieces that reflected her creativity and care.
Linda and Macy shared a special joy in dancing and a love for Zydeco music.
She also enjoyed playing cards, dominoes and bunco.
Linda loved opening her home to family and friends, where good food, lively conversation and a welcoming spirit were always guaranteed. Her gracious hospitality, joyful energy and ability to make every gathering feel special will be fondly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
She died on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025.
Linda is survived by many cousins; her lifelong friend; and numerous friends and family.
