Gaucin, Cravens, Chapman advance to regional tennis
CALDWELL TENNIS players Neva Cravens, Waylon Chapman and Adolfo Gaucin advanced to regionals after competing in the District 19- 3A Tennis Tournament last Thursday. Gaucin won the boys’ singles title, and Cravens and Chapman placed second in Mixed Doubles.
Adolfo Gaucin, Neva Cravens and Waylon Chapman have advanced to the Region 3 Class 3A Tennis Tournament on April 26-27 at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station.
Gaucin advanced in boys’ singles by winning the district title, and Cravens and Chapman advanced in mixed doubles by placing second in district.
