Lady Hornets advance to second round of UIL Volleyball Playoffs

CALDWELL’S CORINNE DILLARD gets a kill during the Lady Hornets’ tie-breaker seeding match against Bellville on Friday night in Giddings. Bellville won the match and earned the top seed from District 26-4A for the UIL Class 4A Volleyball Playoffs which began this week.
The Number 11 Lady Hornets have advanced to Round 2 of the UIL Class 4A Volleyball Playoffs after defeating Sealy in straight sets 25-21, 25-15, 25-11 in the bi-district round.
